The eligibility criteria of to take admission in MJMC course at National Institute of Mass Communication and Journalism (NIMCJ) requires the candidates to pass their graduation with the minimum required aggregate in any stream and from an recognised university/institute. They must also submit the marksheet and degree certificate for the same to confirm admission in the institute.

For taking admission in MJMC at Sadhna Academy of Media Studies, candidates are required to complete their graduation degree with a valid score. They are required to submit the marksheet for the same. Shortlisting is primarily done on the basis of academic performance of the candidates.

The eligibility criteria for taking admission in MJMC which is MA Journalism and Mass Communication requires the candidates to hold a bachelor's degree from a recognised university. It is not mandatory to have a degree in the same field; however, one must clear the personal interview if not offered direct admission.

Masters of Journalism and Mass Communication, (MJMC)  is a 2-year postgraduate programme that incorporates courses that focuses on Theories of Human Communication, Television Production, Reporting and Anchoring. The basic eligibility criteria to pursue this courses is an any candidate have Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a Recognized University or Students appearing in their final year degree examination can also apply.There is no entrance exam for this programme and as aspirants within any age group can apply.
