Infrastructure: Though NIMC hasn't got a big campus, it covers all the required space for the students. It has its own studio, production lab, computer lab, and think tank with Wi-Fi facility. The classrooms are fully AC and furnished. The college has not their own hostel but they provide separate PG for boys

IIMC:
The course consists of the core curriculum (compulsory credit courses and compulsory non-credit courses), a summer internship (compulsory industry training between first and second year) and elective courses
Electives offered are Behavioural Sciences, Economics, Finance, Human Resource Management, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Management Centre for Human Values
In addition to the above-mentioned electives student also have an option to select from Operations, Public Policy and Management and Strategic Management
Students are provided with an option to opt for Master

NIMC is a decent college with good faculty members and some industry leaders as the guest faculty members. So pursuing mass communication from here can be a good option. But when it comes to Masters, I would suggest you to consider this as the last option as their course module is same as of the Bachelors and I don't find it very interesting for Masters.
