The total fees for the BS-MS programme at IISER Mohali, include several components, such as tuition fees, application fees, registration fees, hostel fees, library charges and other various one-time charges. the total tuition fees of BS MS courses include INR 1.6 lakh to INR 3.3 lakh. The gross cost of a five-year BS/MS dual degree programme is higher for (GEN/OBC/KM/EWS) category compared to (SC/ST/PD) category. IISER Mohali doesn't provide a BSc course, the institute only offers admission to BS-MS dual programme. For admissions in IISER Mohali candidates have to appear either in the JEE advanced exam, KVPY exam or SCB exam. 

  • To apply, fill out the IISER Mohali application form and submit it based on any one of three admission channels (JEE Advanced, KVPY or SCB).
  • Candidates who are shortlisted will be required to attend counselling. After acquiring qualifying marks, candidates will be selected according to the merit list.

IISER does not provide BSc course. It offers BSMS course. BSMS offers candidates a Bachelor's degree in Science (BS) and a Master's degree in Science (MS). These BS and MS courses are different from BSc course as they focus more on research aspects.

IISER kolkata BS and MS course rated 3.5 out of 5 by verified student while IISER mohali in same course rated 4.3 out of 5 by 35 students. Total fees for the BS /MS dual degree program in IISER Kolkata is INR 3.27 lakh for 5 years while in IISER Mohali it is INR 1.62 Lakh for 5 years. Courses are available for postgraduate and doctoral programs at the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research in SAS Nagar. Only full-time options are available for NIPER Mohali courses. M.S., M.Pharm, M.Tech, and M.B.A. programs are offered at NIPER Mohali. The NIPER Mohali PG courses last two years. The Institute of Fashion and Communication Technology has a big campus and provides accommodation and transportation facilities to postgraduate and undergraduate students. Bus facility is available for only nearby areas near the college. There are bus services and hostel facilities offered to PhD, diploma, and various other course students. Annual hostel charges are approximately INR 95,000. This includes mess charges and stay.
