Dear Anand,
Multimedia, mass communication and photography are three different streams. There is no college which provides you all these three courses in the same program. Multimedia is a part of animation, which can only be done if you pursue animation course. Mass communication and photography can be done together as photography is a part of mass communication.
So, decide what do you want to pursue.

Do you have a portfolio? It is advisable that you retake IELTS as you may not find a better option with 5.0 Bands or you may end up paying huge amount for ESL program.

It is really a great choice but for today's era, multimedia has grown up to become a more matured entity know as new media. Multimedia means merger for various media like print, TV, internet, game, animation, films, etc. It is definitely a great career option.
