N.S.P.R. Government Degree College For Women has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| M.Com | Candidate must have completed B.Com. (OR) B.A. with Accountancy (OR) B.Com. Computers/ Computer Applications (OR) B.B.A./ B.B.M./ B.Com. Company Secretaryship (OR) B.Com. (Honors) (OR) B.Com. (Restructured Courses). |
| M.Sc. | Candidates completed B.A./B.Sc. with Mathematics as main subject (B.Sc. Mathematics and physics or B.Sc. Mathematics with physical sciences in intermediate or 10+2 level.) from any recognised institute/university are eligible to apply. |
| B.A. | Candidate must have completed 10+2 from any recognised Board/Council. |
| B.Com | Candidate must have passed 10+2 from any recognised Boards/Council. For Management Quota : Candidate must have passed with 35% marks. |
| B.Sc. | Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with Science stream from a recognised board. |
