Both the colleges has not yet released the details regarding the placement. 48 LLM and 96 BA LLB (Hons) students were placed at Nalsar University of Law in 2022, according to the NIRF report. During NALSAR University of Law placements in 2022, the median package offered to BA LLB (Hons) and LLM students was INR 16 LPA and INR 7 LPA, respectively. During the NLU Assam placement in 2021, 1 BA LLB (Hons) student was placed, according to the NIRF official website report 2023. Additionally, INR 7.63 LPA was the median package provided to BA LLB students during NLU Assam placements in 2021.

Both universities are highly regarded law schools in India, and their placement records are generally good. HNLU Raipur has been improving its placements with several PPOs and campus placements at T1 and T2 firms along with in-house roles and prestigious LLM offers. A total of 76 students registered for placements and 42 offers were made during HNLU Raipur BA LLB placements 2023. Further, a total of 37 offers were accepted and 11 PPOs were made during Hidayatullah National Law University BA LLB placements 2023. HNLU also doesn't publish it's placements and salaries provided so we cannot compare properly.
However, NALSAR University of Law is considered to be a more established institution with better teaching and brand value than HNLU Raipur.

Nalsar University being a law university, ( which is located in Hyderabad ) offers degrees in different courses such as BA LLB (Hons) and LLM. Nalsar University is a well know university because of its good placement history . Its been continously giving good placements for a long time now. Year 2023 was not much different, where BA LLB (Hons) students got a median Package of 16 LPA with roughly 81% students placed, and LLM students fetched a median package of 7 LPA with nearly 73% students were placed .

As per the NIRF report 2023, 48 out of 66 LLM graduates were placed during 2022 placements. Earlier, out of 53 students, 44 were placed during 2021 placements. From 2020 to 2022, a fluctuating trend was observed in the number of LLM students placed. The following table represents the exact numbers for reference:
