Hi, You may give both the exams. Preparation for both will almost be similar. All colleges under Council of Architecture accept NATA and IIT-JEE Paper 2 scores.

You can keep a track of the dates of the application and exams online through their website, also Shiksha portal has an up to date information about CEED exam.

The lower age limit of 17 is currently specified by Council of Architecture, so definitely you can take up Architecture after passing NATA exam. Good Luck.
