NATA exams are conducted by Council of Architecture. Once the NATA scores are out you will have to apply to the regional exam authority for counseling. Council of Architecture does not conduct counseling.

Also, there are a lot of solved question banks for NATA and JEE Paper 2 exams, that would be helpful for you, more than this the sketching ability improvement would be a great addition for these exams. Let me know the location in which you are searching for the coaching centers in Bharuch.

Yes, you can attend both KCET and NATA. It would important for a candidate to register for KCET in order to attend counseling process conducted by state exam authority for a government merit seat.
