During the NIPER Mohali MS (Pharm) admission process, candidates are required to submit the documents specified by the institute. These documents must be uploaded online (in prescribed file format and size) while applying for admission. Failing to do so may lead to rejection of the application form. NIPER JEE is the mandatory entrance exam for admission to various Master's courses at NIPER Mohali. Candidates willing to pursue an MS (Pharm) at NIPER Mohali must appear for NIPER JEE, which is conducted by NIPER Guwahati. NIPER Mohali offers various PG-level and PhD courses in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences. The PG-level courses include MS (Pharm), MPharm, M.Tech (Pharm), MBA (Pharm). In all these courses, NIPER reserves seats for various categories as per the prevailing rules of the Government of India. These categories include SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwD, etc.

In order to take MS admission at NIPER Mohali, candidates are required to appear for the NIPER JEE conducted by NIPER Guwahati. The entrance exam schedule for 2025 is yet to be released. However, based on the previous years' trends, the application process for NIPER JEE starts around the last week of April. It is expected to continue till May. The exam will be held in June (tentative).
