NIT Silchar CSE cutoff 2026 was 12260 for the General AI category in the first round. The NIT Silchar JEE Main cutoff 2026 was released for the first round for admission to the CSE branch for different All India and Home State quota categories.

NIT Silchar JEE Main cutoff 2026 ranged from 4413 to 14154 for the OBC AI category in the first round. The NIT Silchar JEE Main cutoff 2026 was released for the first round for both the OBC AI and HS quota.

The rank should not be higher than 43449 for admission at NIT Silchar for the General AI category in the first round. The NIT Silchar JEE Main cutoff 2026 was announced for round 1 for various All India and Home State quota categories.  

For the General AI category, the round 1 cutoff ranged from 12260 to 43449. Hence, candidates with a rank lower than 43449 would have a better chance at admission. See the table below to know the maximum rank accepted by different categories and quotas in the first round.

NIT Silchar cutoff 2026 has been released for the first round for admission to the BTech course and its various branches. The cutoff was declared based on the JEE Main exam, followed by the counselling process for different All India and Home State quota categories. The results were in the form of ranks. 

For the General AI category, the round 1 cutoff ranged from 12260 to 43449, with BTech CSE being the toughest course for admission. Yes, you can get admission at NIT Silchar with a rank of 25000 if you belong to the General AI category. The NIT Silchar JEE Main cutoff 2026 was released for the first round for different AI and HS quota categories.
