No, if you belong to the General AI quota, it is not possible to secure a seat at NLU Bangalore in the first round for the LLM course. The cutoffs are generally higher in the inital rounds, so candidates are advised to wait untill the last round to see if their ranks are eligible for admission. As per the NLSIU Bangalore LLM cutoff 2026, the first round closing rank was 87 for the General AI category students.

NLSIU offers a one-year postgraduate legal degree called the Master of Laws. The Consortium of NLUs gives admission on the basis of the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), which is required for admission to the LLM program.
