Hello Basith,Exam conducting body didn't make rule over the colored or black white print out of the admit card. But, the photo which you will paste on the admit must be a colored photograph and the same as you used at the time of online registration.
Below are the points for downloading the NEET Admit Card:
Go to the official website of the NTA. Select Medical from the various give options. You will be directed to the next window. Click on the Admit Card, again you will be directed to the next window. After coming to the admit card window, fill all the required details and fetch your Admit Card on your computer screen. Take a print out
