While NTA extends the NEET application form submission last date every year, it does not reopen the application window every year. As per the previous years' trends, the NEET application window was reopened for NEET 2024 and NEET 2023, but was not reopened for NEET 2022. The application window was not reopened for NEET 2021 and NEET 2020 as well, but the application correction windows were opened twice in these years.

In general, the NEET application form is released two to three months prior to the exam date. Hence, if the exam is scheduled for the first week of May, the application form is released in February. The last date to submit the application form is generally a month after the release of the registration link. Last year, the NEET 2025 exam was held on May 4, 2024, and the application process started on February 7, 2025. In 2024, the NEET exam was held on May 5, 2024, and the application process began on February 9, 2024.

Check Application Details: To start with, check that the photo was uploaded at the time of application submission. If it was accepted then, it should be in the PDF.
No need to Panic: As responses from similar candidates have stated, there is no need to get worried if the photo in the PDF does not come up. The same photo applied for your application process will be used for your admit card and other documents.
Contact NEET Authorities: If you feel the photograph is missing, then contact the National Testing Agency at their official helpline or email support for confirmation.

The NEET application form had to be filled in online mode only. However, there was an exception for the applicants residing in the Kashmir valley or Leh. The NEET application fee had to be paid using a credit card/debit card, net banking, Paytm or UPI. In case candidates faced any technical or server issue, they are advised to wait for sometime or change the internet source. If the issue persists further, then they had to visit any of the Common Service Centres (CSC).

Yes, candidates can edit details in their NEET form through the online mode by visiting the official website – (ntaneet.nic.in). To make changes, one must know their application number and password. Ideally no but it is better to be safe than sorry . If it is the format of your respective educational board then it'll create no issues however, if it is a fault or glitch or computerised error, it can be a trouble later . So it is advised to get it fixed by contacting the examination authorities.
