Online Application:
- Registration (Usually happens in March-April): You need to visit the official NEET website and register. Create a login ID and password.
- Fill the Application Form: Login with your credentials and fill out the application form. Enter your personal details, academic qualifications, exam center preferences, category selection (if applicable) etc.

No, a gap certificate isn't required to fill out the NEET application form itself. The requirement for a gap certificate comes during the counselling stage, that too, if you have taken a break in your studies after passing class 12.
You can proceed with filling out the NEET application form without the gap certificate. However, it's a good idea to be prepared and get the certificate in advance in case it's needed during counselling.

From March 18, 2024, to March 20, 2024, 11:50 PM, the NEET 2024 application correction window was open. It was reopened from April 11 to April 15, 2024. The NEET 2024 application correction window was reopened by NTA on April 25, 2024, and ran until April 26, 2024, at 11:59 PM for the third time. Only the images might be altered or corrected this time. On May 5, 2024, from 2 PM to 5.20 PM (IST), 4,750 centers spread throughout 571 cities in India and overseas hosted the NEET 2024 exam.
