The NEET MDS 2025 application form is typically released in January or February by the National Board of Examinations (NBE). If you missed the initial registration window, you can wait for the correction or second application window, which NBE often provides for late applicants. Ensure that your internship completion certificate and other required documents are ready, as they are mandatory for eligibility. Keep checking the official NBE website for notifications on reopening of the application portal, as deadlines are strict and extensions are rare.
