 NEET PG counselling 2023 stray vacancy round final result was declared on November 25 following the provisional result. No. NEET PG pattern has not been changed for 2025-26 session. NEET PG 2025 pattern was released along with the official information brochure on April 17, 2025. NEET PG exam is conducted in computer-based mode in two shifts. The question paper comprises 200 multiple choice questions and candidates get 3.5 hours to attempt them.

Candidates can't  mark more than one answer as NEET PG is computer-based exam. Moreover, in the official information brochure, there is no mention of whether candidate will be deducted marks or not for marking two options. NEET PG 2026 exam pattern will be released by National Board of Examinations (NBE). The exam is conducted in computer-based mode. No. There is no option of any other language other than English. According to the existing NEET PG pattern, the exam is conducted in English language only. While NEET exam is conducted in 13 languages, NEET PG is conducted in only one language. NBE releases exam pattern along with the official information brochure. According to existing exam pattern, the exam is conducted in computer-based mode. Total 200 multiple choice questions are asked of 800 marks. Total allotted time for the question paper is 3.5 hours.

Yes. NBE will open final correction window for NEET PG. Candidates can rectify incorrect images uploaded along with NEET PG application form. It must be noted the correction window is opened to rectify incorrect images in the application form. Candidates have to login and rectify images such as photograph, signature, and thumb impression. It is the final opportunity to make changes in NEET PG application form.

•  Application form with all details will appear on screen
•  Click on “Go to application form”, click on it
• Registration form will appear on screen
• Modify required details and verify all sections

• Enter captcha code and again click on “save and submit” option
• A NEET PG application form will appear on screen with modified details
