Based on the analysis provided, a score of 450 is not considered a good score in NEET PG. The cutoff percentile for NEET PG 2024 is different for candidates belonging to different categories, but a score of 450 would fall under the low score category for all categories. To qualify the examination, a candidate needs to secure more than or equal to the cutoff percentile prescribed by the NBE, which is different for each category. Therefore, a score of 450 may not be sufficient to secure admission to a good college.

Government Medical College, Chandrapur NEET PG Round 1 cutoff for MS in General Surgery is 11352 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increases your chances of getting admission in Government Medical College, Chandrapur.
