NEET SS

The NEET SS application process is completely online. The first step is to register, followed by filling up the application form. The step by step process to register and application for NEET SS is given below:

• Visit the official website of NEET SS or NBE
• Click on the Registration tab
• Enter the mandatory details
• Select password
• Enter the OTP
• Once the username and password is generated, candidates have to login to complete the application process
• Enter the mandatory details regarding personal details, academic details, uploading photographs and payment of the application fee.

While filling the NEET SS application form, candidates have to upload the following documents or files:

• Photograph
• Signature
• Thumb impression

Two separate photographs have to be uploaded. The first one has to be a passport-size photograph. The second photo has to be clicked on the webcam of the desktop or laptop while filling the form and uploading it. Candidates have to upload the documents in the given format only, otherwise their NEET SS applications are not accepted. 

The duration of the NEET SS 2025 application process will be 20 days. The exam will be conducted on December 26 and December 27, 2025. The application process is being conducted from November 5 to November 25, 2025. Even though the NEET SS application dates remain unchanged, based on the student requests or other factors, the exam conducting authorities may decide to extend the last date of application. The application fee has to be paid by the last date to complete the process. Candidates have to complete the application process within the given deadline and not wait for NBE to extend the last date.    

The NEET SS 2025 exam dates are December 26 and December 27, 2025. The exam will be conducted in two shifts on both days, from 9 AM to 11.30 AM and 2 PM to 4.30 PM. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) postponed the exam dates from November 7 and November 8, 2025.

Utkal University admission to Super Specialty courses including various specialisations of DM and MCh is based on NEET SS scores followed by counselling. The MCC is to conduct the counselling up to two rounds. NEET SS Counselling 2023 is ongoing. As per NEET SS cut off 2023, the closing rank for Round 1 for DM in Endocrinology is 165, which is the most competitive rank of all the specialisations. NEET SS counselling 2023 dates have been released by the Medical Counselling Committee on November 8, approximately after a month of the result declaration. The registration process for the NEET SS 2023 counselling process begun on November 8 and the last date of registration was November 14. The provsional seat allotment result was declared on November 16 and the revised provisional result was declared on November 17. There will be two rounds of the NEET SS counselling 2023, which will be conducted till December 20.
