Who releases NEET PG Syllabus?

NEET PG syllabus comprises subject areas as per the Graduate Medical Education Regulations issued by the Medical Council of India. NBE does not prescribe the syllabus of NEET PG word by word, however, candidates may refer to the syllabus prescribed by the Medical Council of India. NEET PG syllabus mainly comprises subjects and topics which are taught in MBBS course. Overall, NEET PG syllabus can be divided into clinical, pre and para clinical subjects. NEET PG syllabus helps candidates to plan what all needs to prepare for exam.

What is the application fee for FMGE?

The application fee for FMGE 2025 is released along with the official information brochure. The FMGE 2025 application fee will be announced soon on official notification. FMGE registration fee is INR 5,250 + 18 per cent GST. So total amount will be INR 6,195. Candidates will have to pay the registration fee to submit the application form for FMGE 2025. It must be noted registration fee will be paid with online modes such as credit/debit card or internet banking etc. The registration fee is nonrefundable if your application is rejected due to any reason. Aspirants are advised to check the eligibility criteria carefully before applying online for FMGE 2025 exam for the June session.

Will there be negative marking in the DNB PDCET 2026 exam?

Yes. DNB PDCET 2026 exam pattern will be released by NBE. As per existing pattern, there is a provision of negative marking. According to current marking scheme, students get 4 marks for every correct answer, while 1 mark is deducted for every wrong answer. Therefore, students are advised to answer only those questions where they feel confidence of right answer otherwise negative marking may put a toll on overall score.

When is DNB PDCET 2026 exam scheduled?

The DNB PDCET 2026 exam will be held on April 12, 2026. The NBE will conduct the post diploma CET exam online in computer-based exam mode at centres across India. Candidates need to appear for the exam at the allotted exam centres. The exam is of two hours duration.

What is the total duration of the NEET SS exam?

The total duration of the NEET SS exam is 150 minutes or 2.5 hours. There is a sectional time limit of 50 minutes for each of the three sections. Hence, candidates have to manage the time accordingly to attempt as many number of questions as possible within this duration. There are 150 questions in total and 50 questions in each section. Hence, to attempt all the questions, test-takers will get one minute per question. Along with maintaining to speed to complete the NEET SS exam, candidates must also maintain accuracy to avoid losing marks since there is a negative marking scheme.

How difficult is the NEET PG?

NEET PG is a higher-level exam with a high level of competition. The NEET PG exam syllabus is extensive and covers all 19 subjects that a medico studies during the MBBS. The student's preparation time is also limited, and they must balance coursework and an internship. This leaves little to no time to prepare for the NEET PG. A student works an internship at a hospital before the NEET PG exam, and the shifts are unpredictable. A lack of preparation time combined with intense competition makes NEET PG a difficult nut to crack. At the same time, it is not impossible task to score well in the exam. Candidates only need proper preparation, planning, and consistent efforts. What matters is that you believe in yourself and work towards your goal.

What is the date for NEET SS 2025 exam?

The NEET SS 2025 exam dates are December 26 and December 27, 2025. The exam will be conducted in two shifts on both days, from 9 AM to 11.30 AM and 2 PM to 4.30 PM. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) postponed the exam dates from November 7 and November 8, 2025.
