Hi Sabina,
There is no such course, until and unless you know your interests and know what you want. Similarly, there is no course leading to PR. If you are talking about registration in nursing, you must clear a licensing exam. This will depend on your skills and knowledge and not a particular course.

Problem is not only with MBBS degree from Nepal, even if you have graduated from premier medical colleges like Havard or John's Hopinkins you will not be eligible for practicing in India unless you qualifies the exam conducted by MCI. MCI screening exam is the toughest to make through some time it takes up to 4-5 attempts to clear.
