For JEE (Main)-2017, only those candidates who have passed their class 12th exam or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2015 or 2016; or those who are appearing in their class 12th exam or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2017 are eligible to appear in JEE(Main)- 2017.
You are required to fill up the form for JEE Mains online whenever it comes (mostly towards the end of this year).
Clearing of JEE Mains will fetch you a chance to sit for JEE Advanced for which you need to register separately.

A degree will not lead to a PR. To get a PR you must get a job and stay there for few years.You must be qualified. Also, this is a portal where you should be asking education questions not PR.

This institute conducts its own entrance exam. Admissions are based on this plus personal interview. Fees is about 3 LPA and an additional 8 LPA for participation for study abroad.
