Netaji Subhas University of Technology eligibility is different for each course. The college selects students on both merit and entrance basis. The general eligibility is as below:

  • Netaji Subhas University of Technology UG eligibility – Class 12 from a recognised board
  • Netaji Subhas University of Technology PG eligibility – Graduation in a relevant stream from a recognised university

No, Netaji Subhas University of Technology does not offer any direct admissions. Students have to meet the admission requirements to get a seat. This includes appearing for entrance tests + counselling.

To get admission in Netaji Subhas University of Technology, students have to check the eligibility first. Eligible students can then apply online. The university accepts students on an entrance basis only. NSUT considers JEE Main for BTech, CAT/ MAT for MBA, CUET for BBA and GATE/ NSUT Test for MTech. CUET-PG scores are considered for MA and MSc programmes. The seats in BTech is allotted via JAC Delhi Counselling. The seats in MBA and BBA is alloted via CMAC.

Selected students have to report for verification of documents and pay admission fees after seat allotment.

Netaji Subhas University of Technology admissions are open. Interested students can apply online. Aspirants have to apply on the official website of NSUT for all courses except MBA, BTech, BArch and BBA.

Netaji Subhas University of Technology is a goverment institute. NSIT was established in 1983 and in 2018 the institute was given university status, hence making it a non-affiliating university. The university was recognised by the UGC and AICTE.

NSUT gives 10% weightage in total to choose MBA students. The weightage of work experience marks for admissions into MBA course are: 

  • 30 to 42 Months: 10
  • 43 to 48 Months 08
  • 49 to 54 Months 06
  • 55 to 60 Months 04
  • Less than 12 Months or More than 60 Months NIL

After completing the form of MBA course at NSUT. Students required to pay a registration amount of Rs. 1,500 + transaction fee (If any) for all categories. This amount is non-refundable. Once it paid, it can not be reversed.
