Yes, there is a possibility. You can take admission in BTech at NSUT through LEET examination, but I would like to tell you that there is a criteria that it is only available or applicable for students who are Diploma students. 
It is only for the students who are Diploma holders.

To get admission in the MBA programme at Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), candidates must hold a UG degree with at least 60% aggregate marks (50% for reserved categories). Selection is entrance exam-based and requires a valid score in CAT, MAT, or CMAT, followed by a Personal Interview (PI) round. Final selection is based on overall performance.

As you have Delhi domicile state, I think you have good chances but for confirmation check previous year Delhi counselling cutoff.

The NSUT BTech cutoff 2025 has been released for Round 1 based on JEE Main ranks, followed by JAC Delhi counselling. The cutoff was released as opening and closing ranks for different categories of students belonging to the AI and HS quotas. Among the general AI quota, the closing ranks for B.Tech. admission ranged between 2092 and 12892. A detailed specialization-wise break-up is tabulated below:

Students seeking admissions into MBA can enroll into the 2 main specializations at the university. The university offers the regular MBA as well as MBA in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Venture Development. The programme fee is INR 1.8 lakhs for the MBA courses. Both these institutes are decent options for BBA in all the aspects, such as its placements and fee structure. But most students choose DTU over NSUT because of the huge campus and big crowd.
