JECRC University accept applications of the eligible students only. These candidated are then directly invited for personal interview, portfolio presentation, and situation test. Students who pass these selection rounds have to report for physical counselling at the university in person.

The National Exit Test (NEXT) (called the National Exit Test Dental/Dental NExT for dental graduates) will be introduced but until then students have to register with the Dental Council of India (DCI) and the state councils after their 1-year internship. It will probably become mandatory to pass the yet-to-be-introduced NExT exam to get a license to practice and also admit into a postgraduate course.

The University of Liverpool allows Indian students to defer admission to the next available intake for one academic year.

Look at the deadlines given below - 

  • Indian students can defer their studies only once. If you want to request a second consecutive year, a new application should be submitted
  • Deferal requests are typically accepted up until Oct 31, 2026
  • The paid deposit can be carried for one year only.

NEXT scholarship is offered on the basis of merit at NIMS College of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. Minimum 60% is required in Class 10/ Class 12 for UG courses as applicable and 60% required in graduation for PG courses to avail NEXT scholarship.

No, deferrals are not allowed at ETH Zurich to the next intake. If you are given an offer of admission, it is only valid for the specific semester for which the application is submitted. Look at the pointer given below -

  • The applicants (if they missed the current intake) would be required to submit a new application in the next intake of ETH Zurich.

Yes, Indian students are allowed to defer their University of Birmingham offer to the next available intake (up to one academic year)

The students are required to request a deferral via the University of Birmingham Application Portal. Given are the steps to follow, take a look - 

  • Accept your current offer 
  • Submit a deferral request

Yes, just like other US universities, Georgia College and State University also allows Indian students to defer their admission to the next available intake

In the case of GCSU, it will be the Spring intake if the Fall intake at this university is missed

Generally, the University of Melbourne opens applications for the start-year (for February/March) intake in the months of May or June of the preceding year. 

For the mid-year admissions -

  • July/August intake
  • The month of November of the prior year

Noble College admissions can be completed offline/ online. The college selects students on a merit basis. Selecteds students get an offer letter and have to report at the college for verification of documents. Students can pay the admission fees to complete the process.
