NICMAR University, Pune Courses

In the last semester, candidates have to complete a architectural design thesis. Along with this, there are subjects as well, including entreprenurship skills, computer application, and two professional elective subjects. Moreover, in the ninth semester, candidates have to go through a professional training. 

The university has reserved seats for candidates belonging to SC/ST/EWS and other such categories. About 40% of the total seat intake is reserved for the domicile of Maharashtra state. Moreover, the total seats available for the BTech course at the NICMAR Pune campus are 60. The details mentioned here are as per the official website/sanctioning body. In the seventh and eighth semester of NICMAR Pune BTech course, students have to select preferred electives and perform the project work. The students have to select elective from the given basket of courses and open electives. Along with this, a project has to be completed to understand the practicalities of the subject.
