The aspirants of short term certificate courses can get a seat in NIELIT Kolkata based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Hence, applicants Class 10/Class 12/degree course scores are considered. Moreover, for selection, the students must also have the required minimum qualification as prescribed by the institute.
The applicants must also have the relevant documents. These documents are required to verify the details mentioned in the admission form.

Candidates need to pass Class 12 or any diploma of a minimum of one-year after Class 10 to apply for NIELIT Kolkata O Level course. Besides, the eligibility criteria for direct applicants is Class 12 or any diploma of a minimum of one-year after Class 10, followed in each case by one-year relevant experience or pass in NCVT-DP&CS (Data Preparation & Computer Software) Examination. Any graduate without any experience can also apply for O Level course.
