No, you should not fill out NIFT 2027 application form if you do not meet the eligibility criteria because all documents and information provided by you in application form will be cross checked. And if any discrepancy is found, you can be disqualified at any stage of the application process. 

The NIFT 2027 application fee is category-specific. The application fee for General/OBC (Non-Creamy)/GEN-EWS Category will be INR 2,000. Meanwhile, those belonging to SC/ ST/ PwD Category need to pay only INR 1,500.
