NIMCET Application Process Exam
If I do not pay the application fee but complete the rest of the NIMCET application process, am I still eligible for the exam?

No. Since you couldn't complete the process, your application will not be accepted. The NIMCET application process will only complete after you have paid the application fee. Make sure that you do not miss any of the required steps of the application process, be it payment of fee or uploading of documents.
