The NIMCET cutoff is usually a bit of a moving target, but we can look at some past trends. For the top-tier colleges like NIT Tiruchirappalli, you'll generally need a very high rank, often below 50 for the open category. For other institutes like NIT Warangal or NIT Surathkal, the closing ranks can go a bit higher, sometimes in the range of 100 to 200. These ranks can change every year based on the number of applicants and the difficulty of the exam, so keep an eye on the official announcements.

NIT Trichy has released the cutoff list for admission to the MCA course. The cutoff for the General AI category candidates was closed at 47. Looking at the cutoff ranks over the three years, it seems as if the competition has increased among the General AI category. The table below contains the cutoff ranks for NIMCET in current and past years:

NIT Bhopal accepts NIMCET scores, followed by NIMCET counselling for admission to the MCA course. NIT Bhopal NIMCET cutoff 2023 was concluded after Round 4 of the Seat Allotment List. As per the NIT Bhopal cutoff 2023, the Round 1 and the Last Round closing rank for the MCA course was 347 and 149, respectively for the General All India category candidates. So candidates seeking admission to the NIT Bhopal MCA course must secure a rank close to the ranks mentioned here.
