Firstly, please do fill up the Forms carefully. Now that the damage is done. Try submitting a written application for the correction in the form for spelling (Enclose the proof of document with correct spelling).

As you are telling I failed in intermediate exam so there is no course for study if you failed in class 12th exam so you may go through examination next year so to pass the exam and get good college.
