It is based on your passion. If you are interested in Mettallugy then you have to pursue that. NIT Trichy is the best among all NITs with excellent placement records. But if your passion is in Civil then go for it.

Hi,
After B.Sc, it is possible to take admission in M.Tech. The thing is you have to appear in the entrance exam for the same and get a good score to take admission.

If it is for next academic year, the cut-off will be around 85 percentile for general category.
