It depends on your category and you should try to get 250+ marks for these colleges, try your best.

If you are from other state your rank will lie from 1000 to 1100. And for home state quota under 3 to 4 k.

My JEE main rank 14000(Gen) Shall I choose Metallurgy in NIT Trichy or Chemical in NIT Surathkal/Warangal or CSE in NIT Raipur/IIIT Lucknow?

Prefer to go with CSE if getting at NIT Raipur or IIIT Lucknow. Chemical is another good option at NIT Surathkal or Warangal. But not opt for MME.
