There is only one NIT that to in Warangal in Telangana. There is only IIT in Hyderabad.
In order to get admission in IIT Hyderabad, you need to be in top 1000 AIR JEE Adv. and in order to get in NIT Warangal, you need to get rank of 30k and below if you belong to a category in JEE Mains.
Other than these two, it's not possible to get admission in any of the NITs.

Both the colleges are good in terms of pedagogy, placement and environment. BITS has a great campus life and for CS it is at par with IITs. Decide accordingly.

NIT, Trichy is the top NIT when compared to others. So, I suggest you to go with NIT Trichy and even with 1507 rank you can get admission in NIT Trichy if you belong to Tamil Nadu. If you don't get admission in NIT Trichy for CS. If you have got 25 K rank in OBC then no chance and if your CRL is 25 K then you can get NIT, Andhra Pradesh.

It's better to go for CSE in NIT Hamirpur as CSE is the best branch and Hamirpur is really good and offering high package jobs.
