The admission to BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons), 3 years LLB, and LLM courses to NLU Odisha is based on CLAT score. After qualifying the exam candidates need to submit the required documents at the time of couselling process as listed below: 

  • Marksheet and certificate of Class 10 and Class 12
  • Graduation degree and mark sheet (for LLM course)

For admission to BBA LLB  course at NLU Odisha candidates have to register through CLAT portal. Registered candidates for CLAT counselling will be called by NLU Odisha through multiple provisional merit lists, each released by the Consortium of CLAT. Candidates, who have been allocated a seat in the provisional lists and applied for revision, should check the status of their seat in the CLAT provisonal lists. Those, who have been allotted a seat in the NLU Odisha Provisional Allotment Lists, must complete the process of exercising any one of the actions mentioned below:

For admission to NLU Odisha for the LLB or LLM course, the result of CLAT 2026 can be expected by the last week of December 2023 After the release of result, the exam takers will be able to download their CLAT scorecards from the official website using their login credentials for NLU Odisha admission via CLAT counselling and seat allotment.

The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) is expected to release the CLAT Notification 2026 anytime soon. The CLAT 2026 Application Process is likely to begin in the next few days. Aspirants of NLU Odisha are required to appear for the exam in offline pen-paper mode at the allotted test centres. The exam will take place in more than 125 cities listed as CLAT test centres in 22 states and UTs.

Students seeking admission to UG and PG courses offered at National Law Universities (NLUs) can apply for CLAT 2026 on or before Oct 31, 2025 since the applications are currently ongoing.
