No, we cannot say that  Ramadevi University offers better placements than the Royal School of Management and Technology. As 72 UG (3-year) and 58 PG (2-year) students were placed during placements in 2022, according to the report. At Rama Devi Women's University placements 2022, the median package given to UG (3-year) and PG (2-year) students was INR 2.9 LPA. While on the other hand Royal School of Management and Technology offers As per their announcement, numerous private companies such as Sonalika, Bajaj, and others will visit the college to recruit students following the fifth semester. Yes, Ramadevi University is  as good as the Royal School of Management & Technology. Ramadevi University has the basic amenities expected of the first women's government university in the state of Odisha. The campus is large, and dorm accommodations are offered. The classrooms are spacious and tidy. The faculty and staff are courteous. Annual functions, skill development programs, sports festivals, and a variety of other events are regularly held each year. MBA at Ramadevi University is not so good. The tution fees of MBA programme is INR 49,420 and the median package offered in the placeme drive of Ramadevi University is INR 2.9 LPA. 58 students were placed out of the 425 students pursuing Postgraduation (2 years). The number of placed students pursuing post-graudation rose by 23% in 2022 with reference to 2021.

Top recruiters at Ramadevi University include TCS, Forms Dotstar, Wipro and many more.

The Royal School of Management & Technology does not offer MBAs. It offers courses like BBA, BCA, B.Sc. Biotechnology.
