Yes you can work in various field. You can also complete your MBA after your graduation and opt for your interested field. As once to start your job you will not be able to change your fields.
A BBA graduate can start off as an Executive, Associate, Business Development Manager or an Assistant manage

Bsc from a normal college wouldn't matter if you are doing MBA from a premium Bschool. But rarely even the undergrad college also matters in case of Job interviews. Just make sure you score good in undergrad.
