Yes there is age limit for Indian students who want to study MBBS at Northern State Medical University. Students must have min age of 17 years to be eligibile to apply at NSMU. Students below this age applying at NSMU will be rejected.

While university itself does not take entrance exam at time of admission, Indian students are required to get minimum passing marks in NEET exam along with min 50% score in each of Physics, Chemistry and Biology in Class 12 or 45% in each subject (for reserved category students).

Yes, degree from Northern State Medical University is valid in India. NSMU Russia MBBS is recognised by National Medical Commission of India, also known as Medical Council of India, earlier.
This means that Indian students to have pursued their higher studies from institute are free to practice in India, upon successful graduation, provided they clear FMGE exam upon their return.

The cost of an MBBS course at the Northern State Medical University (NSMU) is RUB 340,000 (INR 3.7 L) per year as per data curated from certain unofficial sources. NSMU has not officially released the fees for its MBBS courses.
