You can pursue distance learning programme (B.Sc Nursing) through IGNOU. The eligibility conditions for the programme are:
1. 10+2 with three years Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with a minimum of two years experience in the profession. (For male nurses or nurses who have not done midwifery in the GNM program should have a certificate in any of the nursing courses of 6-9 months duration prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council in lieu of midwifery) OR

Hi Yogesh,
The education qualification varies according to the post advertised. Generally, it is a combination of specific educational criteria like diploma in health sciences etc., and work experience. I would recommend you to look different government jobs which come through UPSC, SSC, State departments, etc. to have an idea about educational qualifications.

As per the college site, they claim that they have 100% placement rate. The eligibility conditions for the course are:
1. HSC with minimum 45% marks, PCB and English at Secondary level
2. Minimum age 17 years
Course structure: Total 4 yrs including internship, INC syllabus followed.
