AIIMS typically releases only one cut-off score for the B.Sc. Nursing program. A merit list is created based on the exam (and possibly interview) results. Candidates above the cut-off for their category are invited for counselling where they choose their preferred AIIMS institute based on their rank and seat availability. There might be a mop-up round for vacant seats, but the cut-off score remains the same.

The AIIMS BSc Nursing cutoff is specific to their programme and not valid for other colleges.Its valid for all the 19 AIIMS.  Each college has its own B.Sc. Nursing admission process, which may involve state-level exams, NEET, or their own entrance exams. Check college websites or state government websites for details.

As per the trend of the previous years, the difficulty level of AIIMS paramedical nursing exam ranges from easy to moderately difficult questions in the exam. Candidates who appear for the exam have reported that though AIIMS paramedical is a highly competitive exam, the expected cutoff remain higher.
