Yes, you have to sit in entrance exam. It doesn't matter, you have 100% marks. If you clear the exam, you will get admission there.

No, its not a good option. There are less placements for boys. You can opt for the BDS.

Eligibility criteria for B.Sc nursing is:
You should have passed 10+2 in Science stream with subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized board. Minimum aggregate depends on the institutes. It varies from institute to institute.

Yes, you can get admission with these marks, but you need to pass any of the English speaking proficiency tests like IELTS TOEFL, GRE etc. as well.
