Hi Mandeep Kaur, you can apply for a student visa after you have been accepted by a university or college in Canada. First of all, apply to a relevant programme. Check what the entry requirements are on college or university websites and apply accordingly.

Yes, you can do. Since you studied biology in plus two. But Since you have done B.Tech think twice before you seek admission. But if you think nursing / health is your field then go for it.
