Hi,
You may consider doing Diploma in nursing. For example - Diploma in nursing care assistance, Ayurveda nursing. For full-fledged nursing courses, it is recommended to take up Bachelors after doing the class 11th and class 12th. In class 11th and class 12th, any stream should do fine. I would personally recommend sciences.

B.Sc (Post Basic) is a type of B.Sc (Honors), in which the candidate has done some prior academic work which is lower than that of a Bachelor's degree. For example, if you have done GNM (Nursing), then you can directly opt for a Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing), in lieu of spending 4 years of doing B.Sc (Nursing) again.

Yes of course, you could take admission after class 12th, but don't worry, if you have done B.Sc, You can give entrance examination for MBBS course like AIPMT, STATE PMTs, because they have eligibility criteria for only class 12th with biology. If you don't get selected, then you can go for private colleges, if you are rich. But, there is no use of your B.Sc Degree in entrance.
