Yes, you are eligible for the counselling. You can get your options in any medical colleges. You get a better chance at the mop up round. On the basis of your quota you may get more opportunities for counseling.

In general, the fees for a semi-government medical college could be as low as 1 Lacs or it could be as high as 5-6 Lacs. Depending upon the quota, it could be even more. For management quota, the fees could go up to 35-40 Lacs. Otherwise, you can assume it to be around 3-4 Lacs for most of these college. An MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology is a three years specialisation course that provides training in the stream of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
