Odisha University of Technology and Research's initial steps for admission are mostly carried out online. These steps include application, choice filling, seat allotment, etc. However, shortlisted students may need to visit either the designated nodal centres or the university's campus for physical document verification and final admission confirmation. Students can connect with the university's help desk in case of any questions. OUTR will issue the clear instructions of admission and reporting guidelines once the counselling rounds end.
