If a date is full, try nearby alternative test times, or later dates; new seats may open on cancellations.

Yes, if you are planning to take the OET at a test center, then you must select your preferred test center during the online registration process. This is for OET at computer or paper. After completeing initial registration, you need to select the preffered location on your selected date.
