No, you can't. For a regular BTech seat at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, direct offline walk-in admission is not available. Regular admissions happen entirely online through the centralized CAP rounds. However, for a small percentage of institutional seats or remaining vacant spots, you can apply directly on the college website. Even for these institutional spots, the college creates a transparent merit list based on entrance exam scores.
