Hi, not every university has a January intake, so first you need to check which university has one. Deadlines for January limited intake generally is around April to June. Please remember that checking the university websites is very important since the deadlines and process are different altogether.

Hi Aakash,
Yes, you can, you must apply for a study permit again before the older one expires. So while you are still doing your Diploma you have to contact colleges and universities in Toronto and try to fulfill the eligibility criteria.
