MS programs are also highly competitive so you must be having a strong academic profile, internships, projects, certifications, etc. Check the university website for more details and drop an email to them for direct queries. Hey their , for Waterloo applicants the last date to apply is 30th of March 2019 , whereas for Calgary university application closes at 1st of March 2019

You need to apply through OUAC for University of Toronto and Waterloo while UBC has a separate application. IELTS or TOEFL can be taken by December or earlier to make sure your application is complete. Try and complete your applications with all 3 universities before December 1st week in order to meet early applications/financial deadlines.
