Hi,
There is no standard academy benchmark to learn OS. There are many operating systems out there like Windows, Linux, UNIX, Mac OS.
I would suggest you to go and take a course of Server-Client infrastructure of Windows, Linux, Unix or Mac. Also, before you get into Server-Client infrastructure of Windows, taking a course on Hardware and Networking is better, where you will get to know the basic OS knowledge. Apart from Server OS, you should be familiar with client OS. You must be aware that mobile devices have their own OS as well like Android and IOS.
