Since, the online application process has already ended and you will have to appear the exam which will begin from 5th August 2019. So, after you qualify OTET exam you can reach out to Board of Secondary Education, Odisha and say your problem to them, they will do re-correction on paying the required challan.

Hi,
Students having qualification or pursuing final year of any of the teacher education courses (recognized by the NCTE or by the RCI, as the case may be) can appear in the respective category for which he/ she is eligible. As you are in first year of B.Ed, you can't fill up the form. For more details information you can see below link:

OTET qualification of primary teachers Paper I (Category A: Class 12th with 50% of marks.
The applicants must have D. EI. Ed or B. EI. Ed with at least 50% of marks. As per the new NCTE rules, B.Ed graduates are also eligible for primary teacher posts. Therefore, B.Ed graduates with at least 50% of marks can apply for OTET Paper I exam. For reserved category candidates, there will be 5% relaxation in the marks. OTET qualification for Class 6 to 8 Teachers Paper II (Category B):The applicant must be a B.Sc, B.Com, BA, BE/B.Tech graduate with at least 50% of marks. In such a situation, I doubt if you would be able to attend the exam. You can try if you feel better you can attend the exam.
