The SoM PDEU maintains a strong connection with the industry through various activities such as seminars, summer internships, research projects, and both on-campus and off-campus initiatives. The placement cell at the school strives to secure summer and final placements for its students. To facilitate this process, profiles of students seeking placement assistance are shared with potential employers. Additionally, the placement programme includes personality development workshops and interview training.

In 2023, the School of Management at Pandit Deendayal Energy University successfully completed its final placements. The highest package offered was INR 21 LPA, while the average package stood at INR 9.40 LPA. Over 50 companies visited the campus for the School of Management placements in 2023. Out of 128 students, 123 opted for placements. During the placement process, a total of 20 pre-placement offers (PPOs) and 8 pre-placement interviews (PPIs) were extended to students. Notable recruiters such as Wipro, KPMG, Accenture, and Federal Bank actively participated in the placements.
